Although the College Police Department is the primary agency responsible for preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation, emergency preparedness is everyone’s responsibility.
Richard Bland College Emergency Management works closely with Dinwiddie County and Prince George County Emergency Management and their Local Emergency Planning Committees.
