What will I need to log in?

Username:
Your RBC Campus Email ID is defined as the first initial of your first name followed by your last name. Your RBC Campus Email Address is your Campus Email ID followed by @rbc.edu. For example: Mary E. Janosky would have a Campus Email ID of mjanosky and a Campus Email Address of mjanosky@rbc.edu.

Password:
Your password is initially what you specified on your email account form. If you cannot log in or your password has expired, please contact the ITS Help Desk, 862-6401.

Please note: Your Email password and your Bb password are initially the same. However, changing your Bb password does not change your Email password- it only changes your Bb password and your Email password stays the default.


Reminders about RBC Faculty/Staff Email accounts:

• Account passwords expire after 40 days so if you are unable to get in to your email
  then your account password may have expired. Please contact the ITS helpdesk at
  804-862-6401 for assistance.

• Accounts will lock out after 3 failed attempts and will remain locked out for 30
  minutes. Please contact the ITS helpdesk at 804-862-6401 for assistance.
