RBC Registration Form (Teacher Recertification) (pdf)This three-part form is for teachers seeking courses for recertification.
High School College Program Registration Form (pdf)This four-page form is for students who have obtained approval from
their high schools to attend Richard Bland College as High School
College Students.Students must submit the completed forms to their
high school Counseling or Guidance department to be reviewed and
submitted to the College.This form will not be accepted directly from
the student.
RBC Class Drop Form (pdf)Use this form to drop a current class on or before the penalty drop
date. See college bulletin for appropriate date. If the penalty drop date
has passed contact the Registrar's Office at 804-862-6185.
RBC Course Repeat Application (pdf)Use this form to apply to repeat a class.
RBC Class Credit Change (Audit/Credit) Application (pdf)Use this form to change the course status by the last day of the first
week of classes.

Request to Take Courses for Transfer Credit (pdf)This form is recommended for advanced approval of a course to be
taken at another institution for transfer credit to Richard Bland College.
Completion of this form ensures that transfer credits will be acceptable
toward the Associate Degree.
Internship Opportunities for Students (pdf)An internship is an opportunity for a Richard Bland College student
to gain practical experience and academic credit in a field of study by
becoming actively engaged in performing job duties for an off-campus
organization. The organization may be a government agency, a for-profit
business, or a non-profit organization.
