Foundation Board

Ms. Hampton is a member of the Richard Bland College class of ’99 and received her Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from Radford University in 2001 and completed the Wake Forest Banking School program in 2007. She joined SunTrust’s Central Virginia Not for Profit & Government Banking group in 2015 and serves as the Senior Vice President.  Ms. Hampton has over 19 years of banking and risk management experience. Her prior roles have included Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Consultant, Fixed Income Trader and Management Trainee. She spent 6 years in the northern Virginia and DC Metro market before coming back to Richmond in 2006, where she grew up. She is an active community volunteer with several nonprofit organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Richmond. Ms. Hampton also serves on the Memorial Foundation for Children and YWCA boards.  She previously served on the boards of Partnership for Families, Richmond Animal League and was the Chair of the Young Professionals Board of Junior Achievement in Central Virginia.
