This weekly wellness series offers students a chance to learn and practice mindfulness techniques that can help reduce stress, improve focus and enhance overall well-being. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have an established practice, these sessions provide a welcoming space to pause, reflect and recharge for the week ahead. No prior experience necessary.
