Office of Student Accounts

The Office of Student Accounts is part of Richard Bland College’s Division of Finance and Administration, led by the Dean of Finance and Administration/CFO. This office is committed to providing excellent customer service to students and families as well as the campus community. The Cashier’s Office is available to answer questions related specifically to any charges, payments, or balances on a student’s account and assists with all processes surrounding those functions. This office is responsible for coordinating the billing and collection of tuition, housing and meal charges, other mandatory fees, and fines. The Office of Student Accounts also processes outside scholarship payments, third party billing, and initiates tuition and financial aid refunds for eligible students or parents.
