Richard Bland College of William & Mary is the only two-year residential college in Virginia. The residence halls were built in 2008 and offer apartment-style living with state-of-the-art amenities. Students are able to live and eat affordably starting at just $9,840 per year ranging up to $11,640 per year depending on their room assignment.

Class Drop Form: Students should contact their Learner Mentor to initiate the process for class drops.

Course Repeat Application: Students should contact their Learner Mentor to initiate the process of repeating a course for the fourth time. The policy on the repeat of courses should be reviewed by the student.

Request to Take Courses for Transfer Credit Form: Students should contact their Learner Mentor to initiate the process for taking a course at another institution of higher education while also attending RBC to confirm transferability and degree application.

Student Credit Hour Overload Form: Students should contact their Learner Mentor to request permission to exceed the allowable credit hour load per the College Catalog.
