Join your colleagues for the initial Faculty and Staff Wellness Program designed to develop and maintain a healthy and physically active lifestyle. On Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 2:30 pm, Interested participants will meet at the Statesman Track for an information session followed by an optional walk/jog/run at your own pace for 15 minutes. You’ll want to wear sneakers, workout shoes and bring a water bottle.
Who: Interested Faculty & Staff
What: Information sharing followed by an OPTIONAL walk/jog/run at your pace for 15 minutes.
Where: Statesman Track
When: Tuesday, Sept 6 @ 2:30 pm
Why: (1) To learn more about the Wellness Program; (2) To meet & greet with other participants; (3) To conduct an OPTIONAL cardio-respiratory fitness event that each participant can use as a benchmark of progress made over the 12-week program.
Wear and bring: Sneakers for walking/jogging/running; workout clothes suggested, but not required; filled water bottle.
