Richard Bland College Announces Outstanding Scholars
Richard Bland College of William & Mary is pleased to announce that 180 students achieved a grade point average (GPA) of 3.25 and above for the 2016 Fall semester. This follows Richard Bland College’s continued commitment to advance student success with its Exceptional Student Experience (ESE@RBC) program which includes assigning Learner Mentors to all students. “The increasing number of high-performing and honors students is attributed to many new programs designed to provide wrap-around support, keeping students on track to graduate in two years and then transfer to top colleges like William & Mary,” said President Debbie L. Sydow.
Sixty-eight students at Richard Bland College of William & Mary achieved a grade point average of 3.8 or above during the 2016 Fall semester to merit placement on the President’s List. An additional 112 students rated Dean’s List status with a grade point average of 3.25 or better while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours as full-time students.
