Dr. Kalota Stewart is a distinguished educator renowned for her multifaceted expertise and unwavering commitment to fostering academic excellence. Holding a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science, as well as a Master’s of Science in Mathematics Education from Virginia State University, Dr. Stewart’s academic journey has been marked by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a dedication to the fields of mathematics and education.
Dr. Stewart’s pursuit of excellence led her to delve into advanced studies in Applied Mathematics at Virginia Tech, where she obtained both a Master of Science degree and achieved Ph.D. ABD status in Applied Mathematics. Additionally, further enriching her academic credentials, Dr. Stewart earned an Ed.D. in Educational Administration and Supervision from Virginia State University. Dr. Stewart is also a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), reflecting her commitment to professional development and leadership within the educational realm.
Dr. Stewart’s research interests are as diverse as they are profound, encompassing a wide array of disciplines including Social Foundations of Education, Psychological Studies, Human Behavior Studies, Leadership Studies, and data analysis. Beyond her scholarly pursuits, Dr. Stewart channels her creativity through her passion for painting and writing, a testament to her holistic approach to life and learning.
